Here are five simple tips that have helped me reach my goal weight!
1. Running! Running is an awesome way to get in shape. Not only does it help you lose weight, it helps your heart! Staying consistent is the best rule when excercising, so try to run on a schedule. For example, 3 times a week, 10 minutes each time. The next week make it 3 times at 15 minutes, and remeber to always push yourself so you can see your progress and not get bored!
2. Sit up! Doing sit-ups will tighten your stomache and make you feel toned!
3. Dieting! Dieting is no fun, but eating five double cheeseburgers from mcdonalds isn't healthy. Make sacrifices and get a salad every now and then! Will power is key.
4. Partners! Everyone has been here, you are ready to work out and motivated, but it never lasts. Well, the reason is probably because you don't have anyone to motivate you to do it. Having someone to work out with will give you more motivation as opposed to working out all by your lonesome.
